I had the honor of meeting this little ray of sunshine, who I was told by the guides would be a little mini giving project. Read below how her sweet mom experienced our collaboration:
I have been lucky enough to meet Sheala. An absolutely fantastic person.
Our problem was our little daughter of 1 1/2 years who was not thriving. Neither in daycare nor at home. It was clear that she was weighed down by something. But not sick.
She didn't want to go to daycare and said no as soon as we landed in the daycare's driveway. And when she was there, she was just there. Sat by the daycare mom and just followed the others with her eyes. She had no spark. It had come over time. Like something was weighing her down. So we reached out to Sheala.
As soon as Sheala pulled into the driveway, our daughter walked over to her car and took her hand. Sheala quickly realized that there was a lot about our little girl. That she is a sweet little soul who accepts everything. And there was no room for more. They walked around and our daughter showed both house and workshop. After a few visits from Sheala, we got a completely different daughter. One who came to daycare happy. She played in daycare both by herself and with the other children. She could also manage everyday life at home and not just need to hang on to me. She could be put in her own bed without having to touch me all the time, both to fall asleep and at night. Thanks to Sheala for helping our daughter out of the web she was tangled in. I will call Sheala at any time if there is anything at all. She is gold.
