1. Conclusion of agreement 

When booking a Clarifying Clairvoyance Consultation (ACS), a course, breathwork, or house cleansing, a binding agreement is entered into between the Client and Sheala Laubin.

When purchasing a course (10, 14, or 20 sessions), this constitutes a single service, regardless of whether payment is made in full or in installments. Installment payments are therefore a payment arrangement and do not constitute a subscription agreement with a right of termination.

2. Right of withdrawal

When booking online, by email, or by phone, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 18 of the Consumer Contracts Act.

If you want us to start within 14 days, you also agree that in the event of cancellation, you will pay for what has already been delivered, cf. § 25. This will be calculated proportionally based on sessions held and preparatory work.

3. Binding nature of the agreement

Once the 14-day cancellation period has expired, the agreement is considered fully binding.
If you choose to stop the program, fail to attend sessions, or terminate the agreement after this period, the agreed amount is still due for payment, as time and resources have been allocated to your program.

4. Cancellation and non-attendance

Cancellations or changes to a scheduled session in a course must be made at least 48 hours before the agreed time.

If cancellation occurs later than 48 hours before the start of the session, or in case of no-show, the session will be considered held and no refund will be given.

ACS can be canceled with 48 hours' notice. The time of ACS can be changed with 48 hours' notice. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the agreed time.
