I have been in a program with Sheala for 6 months. In addition to embracing me with her always sweet being, Sheala has been a true teacher, a mirror and coach for me on the journey back to the original version of myself version 5.0 at a time in life when I was lost and lost to myself.
The journey has had a special focus on getting to know the body's signals and taking care of them. Learning to say no, mean no and maintain no, when no was and is the true answer to both the job in the family and in the relationship. Giving love to the little child inside and recognizing their vulnerability and importance to the adult version of me. To receive and ask for help, rather than thinking the world should be defeated as a one-man army. To learn to love what is, instead of what is not, and to understand once and for all that I am fully entitled to be who I am - with all that entails - and that it doesn't have to come at a price. Above all, Sheala has challenged my beliefs and has approached the assumptions and lockdowns I've been carrying with me with curiosity and inquiry. She has guided me to see the world and myself in a different light and shown me the way to new ways of thinking and acting.
In addition, the journey has involved a lot of cleaning up, both in the soul, in the home, in the past and in the heart. We have let go of a wealth of experiences, people and mental garbage that has followed us and been a burden for many years.
As I stand here now on the other side of the process, I feel a core inside. A strong center that no one can tear apart and that will always be a part of me from now on. A part of me has become firmer, more determined and infinitely more self-loving.
Thank you dear Sheala, for your skill, your honesty, your care and your presence, even on those days when I was sitting alone and an unexpected text from you showed up and lifted me up.
